This training will assist personnel in understanding the federal and state requirements regarding SPP Indicator B-6: Early Childhood Education Environments: Ages 3-5.  Participants in the training will learn about the manner in which to come to a decision regarding each child's educational setting and how the state standards reflect those found in federal regulations. Training materials will provide the attendees with tools to both calculate educational settings for the preschooler as well as how to think through the process of each child's Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). In addition, data will be reviewed from a broader perspective that allows the user to understand the number of children who are most recently being educated in each of the described settings.

Training materials will be included in the folder provided on the day of training. Please contact CCRESA Office of Innovative Projects with any additional questions.
