Details:

This Seminar addresses the whole IFSP process from referral to writing the IFSP with outcomes and services in natural environments. The federal and state requirements will be discussed, along with strategies for implementing requirements in service areas. Participants will develop meaningful outcomes based on family routines and concerns. Services will be identified that will assist the child in meeting the outcomes. The state prototype IFSP/IEP form will be used to document the entire process.

It is recommended that each participant bring a child's file to ensure that the correct process and documentation is found in the file. This gives each participant an opportunity to review their own work with families as documented on the IFSP.

This is a 5-6 hour training.
