Target Population: The Early On® Coordinators, those people who write IFSPs, and data entry personnel (especially in the afternoon for data entry).

Many other service areas in cohort 3 will not be able to bring all of their service coordinators. Depending on the service area, Early On® Coordinators may need to take the information back to share with other personnel in their service areas. All of the Child Outcomes materials are available on the EOT&TA's website Click here to download the Child Outcomes Files. Please note that the most recent Handbook version (October, 2007) is referenced here. Please make a copy of the Handbook (Updated Child Outcomes Handbook) so you may have it at the training.

For additional information:

Participants will receive details on how Cohort 3 will be collecting and reporting data. They will be provided with instructions on how to complete the Child Outcomes Summary Form, and how to work with parents to determine the child outcome ratings (for future evaluations and assessments only).
