Details:

This training addresses a number of topics: ensuring that all services, as stated on the IFSP, are delivered (Indicator #1); that the 6-month review discusses child progress and that the progress is documented; and that the requirements for making a meaningful transition for children leaving early intervention are met with the necessary steps and services (Indicator #8 a, b, and c).

It is recommended that each participant bring a child's file that shows on-going service delivery, 6-month reviews, and a transition plan.
