Understanding and Working with Conflict with Young Children
Conflict between children, children and providers, parents and children, and parents and providers is not uncommon at some time in an early childhood setting. This workshop will help us understand the sources and purposes of conflict and provide additional ideas and strategies for understanding ourselves, the children, and the children's parents. Ways to restructure and approach conflict will be explored and provided.

Caring for the Care-Giver
Stress is a common experience for all of us. As child care providers and parents, you are constantly managing many challenges and demands from your family and the people you work with big and small. This program will explore the areas of stress management and self-care. Learn how to recognize stress build-up early and strategies to help you feel and function more effectively. Think, reflect, and have fun with this presentation.
