Details:

The purpose of this conference is to improve hearing health care service delivery for the 0-3 year old population and their families, to provide training for professionals, and a learning experience for parents and families of young children who are deaf and hard of hearing.

Goals:

• To provide practical information used at the onset of early audiological intervention for infants with hearing loss.
• To increase the skill and knowledge base of childhood specialists who work with families of young children with hearing loss.
• To provide an opportunity for parents to understand their own emotional needs and those of their children who are deaf and hard of hearing
