This training is a video conference broadcast from the Marquette-Alger RESA training.

To effectively coordinate the training across the two systems, the curriculum will be presented as a train-the-trainer model. The train-the-trainer sessions will be presented in four regions of the state to Early On Coordinators (or their designee) and CPS supervisors (or their designee) with the goal of creating the needed coordination between Early On and the local DHS offices. The CPS supervisors and Early On Coordinators will receive a training manual at the training and will be expected to present jointly the material to CPS staff and Early On personnel in a 90-minute session. The DHS Central Office CPS Program Office will schedule quarterly conference calls with Early On Coordinators and CPS supervisors to provide technical assistance regarding questions that arise from the local presentations.
