Helping Families and Young Adults Protect Their Rights

Is for anyone who wants a better understanding of complaint processes including timelines, complaint procedures and what someone could expect during the processes under:

• Children's Special Health Care Services
• Community Mental Health Services
• Medicaid
• Special Education Services

Participants will receive resource information for groups and organizations available to assist in protecting a client's rights. Basic information will be provided on how to gain access to and what makes someone eligible under each system.
