This online training is offered through Blackboard. After you are registered and a few days prior to the start date of the training, you will receive an email message with further instructions and information, including a username and password. Once you receive the log in information, the training is available to you at any time of the day. You may complete the assignments at your own pace, logging in and out at as many times as necessary to complete the course. This online training is open to Early On^® personnel interested in learning more about the State Performance Plan (SPP) Indicator #8: Transition. Requirements for making a meaningful transition for children leaving early intervention are met with the necessary steps required in transition planning and methods and procedures which will assist in making this process family friendly.
