MiCIS Webinar PART 1 -- Indicators C1, C7, C8 and B12

The Early On Summary Counts are linked below.  The last 6 columns are the 5-month estimates for Indicators 1, 7 & 8.  The full collection of this data will be on June 30, 2011.  The data collected at that time will be used in CIMS for determinations and all districts are expected to have 100% on all three indicators (1, 7 & 8). This webinar is to support your review and “clean up” of this data.  In addition to reviewing these indicators, there will also be a brief overview of Indicator B12.  This webinar is intended for Early On Coordinators and Data Managers/Entry folks.  In addition it will be helpful for the people in your system who are responsible for collecting and data entry for B12.

Part 1 of this Webinar will cover all the details of entry screens and reports.  Part 2 of this Webinar will be held three weeks later.  Organizers have scheduled Part 2 three weeks later so that participants may have time to clean up any errors in MiCIS data and then use Part 2 for follow-up questions or issues.  Participants must register for Part 2 separately.

Each webinar will be held twice (April 25th & 28th) in an effort to accommodate everyones schedules. A recording will be made available for those of you who are unable to attend either of the times offered.
