This session will explore key elements which support reflective practices within early childhood services with an emphasis on the impact and implications of our own beliefs and experiences. Key themes include;

• The impact of our own assumptions related to infant and early childhood mental health
  
• Our Internal beliefs, traditions, culture and other characteristics of our life experiences that effect relationships
  
• The importance of the parallel process
  
• Perspective Taking
  
• Listening and Wondering Together
  
• Partnering with caregivers and families
