Troubling words but not uncommon for professionals working in early intervention.  This interactive workshop will 1) define common concepts related to compassion fatigue and emotional labor; 2) identify the signs of compassion fatigue; and most importantly 3) identify and practice self-care strategies to handle compassion fatigue.
