"I have no energy for this work anymore. I'm running on empty." Troubling words but not uncommon for professionals working in early intervention.  This interactive workshop will 1) define common concepts related to compassion fatigue and emotional labor; 2) identify the signs of compassion fatigue; and most importantly 3) identify and practice self-care strategies to handle compassion fatigue.
