This one-day workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn more about DEC's nationally recognized Recommended Practices and learn how to put them to work in the day-to-day business of working with young children and families.  You will learn how to embed instruction into existing routines and activities in early childhood settings, at home, and in community-based experiences.  Imagine creating an opportunity for a child to accomplish developmental goals in ballet class or adding 10-12 more opportunities to practice an intervention every day!  This is a very hands-on workshop.  You can expect to leave with great new ideas and practical strategies that are ready to use.   Presented by Sarah Mulligan, the Executive Director of the Division for Early Childhood.  View the training flier here.
