This half day training will assist personnel in understanding federal and state requirements for SPP/APR Indicator 3 (Child Outcomes).  Participants will differentiate among the three child outcomes and between the seven points on the rating scale.   Participants will practice using the decision tree for determining a Child Outcomes Summary Form (COSF) rating.  Discussion will include how to include families in the process.  Resources for helping to measure functional skills and behaviors will be shared.
