The Michigan Part C state plan has been revised and incorporates comments received from public participation in 2012.  The format of the revised state plan aligns with the federal regulations released September 28, 2011.  Two information sessions are scheduled for Friday, February 8 and Thursday, February 14.  Both sessions are scheduled for 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.  The information presented will be the same; discussions will be based on questions asked.  The sessions are planned to allow questions regarding highlighted changes in the plan prior to the official comment period, February 25, 2013 through March 27, 2013 and scheduled public hearings as indicated below. Questions with answers will be posted the week of February 18th.

• Wednesday, March 13, 2013
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Location: Michigan Library and Historical Center, Forum, 702 W. Kalamazoo, Lansing, Michigan.
• Tuesday, March 19, 2013
  • Time: 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Location: Marquette-Alger Regional Educational Service Agency, Conference Room B, 321 E. Ohio, Marquette, Michigan.
