Federal regulations require that state early intervention systems maintain effort and supplement, not supplant financial support for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.  Early On initiated a process to collect Maintenance of Effort information in 2012.  This process will assist intermediate school districts to capture their early intervention support for children birth to three and report their efforts to the Michigan Department of Education. How to use the Financial Information Database and the Michigan Electronic Grants System Plus to accomplish this activity will be explained to webinar participants.  This webinar will be recorded and available afterwards for review.
