Details:

This Training & TA session will provide the federal and state requirements for developing transition plans for children leaving Early On (State Performance Plan Indicator #8).  The following areas will be discussed: a) IFSP with transition steps and services; b) LEA notification for a child potentially eligible for Part B; and c) the transition conference.  Discussion will center on the implementation of this requirement in the service area and procedures necessary to ensure compliance.
