The Michigan Collaborative Early Childhood Conference (MCECC) is a conference for the Michigan early childhood preschool community, including teachers, staff, and administrators in the Great Start Readiness Program, Head Start, Early Childhood Special Education and child care.

The Michigan Collaborative Early Childhood Conference is sponsored by the Michigan Department of Education in collaboration with the Bureau of Children and Adult Licensing/Michigan Department of Human Services, Early Childhood Investment Corporation, Head Start-State Collaboration Office, Michigan Association for the Education of Young Children, and Michigan Head Start Association.
