This training is designed for Early Childhood Specialists of the Great Start Readiness Programs and Head Start Education Managers.  Effective ways to coach teaching teams will be shared.  Participants will explore current work in coaching teaching teams, specific coaching activities, the interplay between teacher's motivation and understanding and how coaching and the observation/feedback process work hand-in-hand.
