The February CIMS Workbook has opened!  A significant number of local service areas have received one or more Findings in this workbook.  If you haven't already done so, please login and check your Strand Report.

This webinar is designed to help participants understand the requirements associated with your Finding(s), including:

• Timelines associate with your Finding(s)
• Determining who will be part of your Results and Improvement Planning (RAP) Team
• Developing your Corrective Action Plan (CAP), scaled to the degree of non-compliance
• Activities to consider including in your CAP
• Resources available to assist in the process
• Questions and Answers
