This will be a conversation about the possibilities around the American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds that are coming into Michigan for Early On and Preschool Special Education. With this conversation, we will spend some time highlighting the different resources such as the Division for Early Childhood (DEC) Recommendations for Stakeholders and Frequently Asked Questions from the U.S. Department of Education.
