Using reflective practice and relationship-based work with families of infants and young children when parents are challenged by mental illness, cognitive impairments, and/or unstable living conditions.

This is a four-part series which requires participation in all four sessions. The principles of reflective practice and relationship-based work as explored in Session One will be integrated throughout the series. Mini-lectures, video clips, and interactive activities will be used to ensure a lively and thoughtful exchange of ideas. Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences. Credit toward the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health (MI-AIMH) Endorsement and State Board of Education Continuing Education Units (SB-CEUs) are available to participants.

violence, homelessness, etc.)
