The ASQ:SE is a parent-completed child monitoring system for social-emotional behaviors for children ages 6 months through 60 months. This workshop presents an introduction and overview of this screening tool. Participants have the opportunity to practice and gain experience in administering and scoring the ASQ:SE. Case studies are used to discuss interpreting the scores within the context of family relationships, appropriate intervention, referrals for further assessment and evaluation, and follow-up care.
