Join us for 5-10 hours of Early On Procedural Safeguards training. Learn what families and service providers need to know about Part C of IDEIA. Learn about records and confidentiality, notice, native language, consent to services, hearings and mediation, complaint procedures, and disposal of records. Two conference calls will be held for participant discussion and trainer feedback plus there will be homework related to this training! Trainers will be available to provide insight and responses to homework. A certificate will be provided upon completion of this training.
