This training will provide participants with an understanding of the legal requirements for transitioning children out of Early On^® as well as methods and procedures which will assist in making this process family friendly.

The procedural safeguards that are utilized and a sequence for making easeful transitions will be discussed. The development of transition outcomes will also be addressed.
