Join us as we roll out the red carpet for the Local Interagency Coordinating Councils from the state of Michigan! We are excited for this opportunity to premiere new and exciting ideas. It is your LICC's time to capture the spotlight as we learn creative ways to generate energy and enthusiasm for the Early On^® system. Participants will be able to act on the ideas presented at the conference, and improvise creative ways to help their LICC run more smoothly and effectively.
