Join us online for 2-3 hours of a self-paced format to learn the basics about identification/child find, referral, service coordination, multi- disciplinary evaluation, individualized family service planning and transition. Learn about family-centered and strength based philosophies, the history of Early On, and how to get more information about Part C of IDEIA. Learn about other Early On state initiated projects, serving children and families in natural environments, Role Impact Maps for the different positions in Early On, and their related Skill Assessments.
