Request for Proposals for Strong Beginnings Three-Year-Old Preschool Pilot Program

Clinton County Regional Educational Services Agency, Office of Innovative Projects (CCRESA-OIP) is seeking applications to expand Strong Beginnings, a state-funded pilot preschool program for three-year-old children with factors that may place them at risk for low educational attainment.
