CCRESA, under the guidance of MDE, will be issuing an RFP for ISDs who would like to pilot Strong Beginnings, a publicly funded preschool for three-year-old children with factors that place them at risk for school success. The pilot will begin in January, 2021. This meeting will present information important for ISD early childhood and financial personnel to understand as they decide whether and how to apply to serve as a pilot site. Opportunities to ask questions will be included.
